Smocking: Calibrated elastic tension for comfort without digging; consistent row spacing.
Construction: Clean finishing on seams; optional French seams for light colors; lined bodice where needed.
Quality Checks: Smock elasticity tests, print alignment, sweep measurements, and AQL Level 2 inspection.
Dyed and printed challis from certified mills; colorfastness and crocking tested; trims and elastics from compliant suppliers.
