Making Process

Fabric: 79% cotton / 20% polyester / 1% elastane 11oz denim (330 GSM) for stretch and recovery.

Fit: Mid-rise; standard thigh; bootcut flare opening or full flare opening per spec.

Construction: Five-pocket configuration; reinforced rivet placement; YKK button; topstitched seams with double-stitched inseams.

Finishing: Selected wash; leg shaping for bootcut/flare; shrink control; QC for measurements and fade consistency.

Sourcing

Compliant blend denim mills; rust-free rivets; YKK zippers; nickel-safe buttons; labels within RSL.
